Crème Brûlée

I eat pretty healthy….(MOST of the time!) but when I do splurge on something extra sugary, I still have standards!

It has to be worth it and there’s a HUGE difference between a decadent homemade dessert and a Little Debbie® snack cake in my opinion!

This recipe has been a family favorite for years! …Probably more because I let my boys use the propane torch in the house.

I love it because it’s timeless and simple.

Somehow… just 4 simple ingredients transcend into creamy deliciousness with a melt-in-your-mouth sugary top!

It’s also one of those recipes that looks super intimidating but isn’t really. Shhhh!!! I won’t tell!

The MOST important part is tempering the eggs.

If you’ve never used a kitchen torch or propane torch before, there are quite a few videos out there on how to get the perfect crunchy top!
